Brandon, Benny, and Christian are awesome. 🙂 Brandon was very responsive to my email inquiry and provided me with the company’s rates the same day, and they were lower than several other local junk hauling companies’. He was able to offer me an appointment 3 days earlier than the one we initially set. Benny and Christian arrived on time, and they were so, so nice! They did a fantastic job of removing a significant amount of building/construction materials from the basement, as well as my old washer and dryer. Those last two turned out to be a b**** to get out, and they did an amazing job.

Brandon, Benny, and Christian were very kind and communicative about their arrival time. They were all very courteous, terribly well-mannered, and clear about what their game plan was. I needed about 2 yards of tree stump debris removed. The price was reasonable and fair. Thanks for your help, team! Much appreciated 👍🏼

Low Price Junk Removal was a saving grace for my parents and me. We decided to clear out my parents basement with a very tight turnaround. I put in a request late at night and Brandon immediately made contact about coming in the next day with a fast and fair quote. Not only did they come in the next day for the quote, they started and finished the job too. I received a call from Tim advising that he could get to my parents house early. After he patiently went through the quote with me, also looping in Brandon, he jumped into action. Then Benny and Christian came in to finish the job. Brandon continuously and diligently followed up to keep me apprised of next steps and checked in at the end. Each gentleman was nicer than the next. The care and sensitivity they all showed towards us was unreal. It is an emotional task to clean out one’s childhood home. Let alone for my parents to let go of 40 years worth of things. They were sensitive towards the feelings of my parents and I. We would not have been able to get this job done in 5 hours without them. The ease, fair price, and customer service makes the decision to use this company well worth it. They also assist with moving services, storage and home restoration. We were planning a move for my dad down to North Carolina for quite some time and needed a great company to help us completely clean out his apartment. Prices were good, great communication and cleaned out everything down to a single coffee cup. The guys were so nice to deal with. Very pleased with entire process and highly recommend.

I am a senior and was receiving new living room furniture. I needed old furniture removed. Benny, Tim and Christian were wonderful! So friendly,courteous and professional. Old furniture was removed quickly with no problem. They are now on speed dial for me for some upcoming projects. Thanks guys.

Called and spoke with Brandon for quote to remove/empty room at senior living facility due to passing of mom. Benny & Tim showed up on time gave us a reasonable quote and were able to begin removal immediately. They were professional, personable and compassionate considering the circumstances. I had new carpet installed in my apartment and when they got here at 8 00 in the morning, I was told they don’t take the old carpet away. The manager here Said that I must remove the old carpet they had no part of helping me and if I left it at the dumpsters here I’d be in trouble. I had a stressful dilemma. I called a few the fees were sky high and no one was able to come the same day and remove the old carpet. It was very stressful. I called “LOW Price Junk Removal” Mickie was great he was like a friend and was booked and managed to call me back in 5 minutes and Benny showed up in a few hours and took away my old carpet. This was thee best customer service I ever had. It’s very refreshing to know there are good honest people out there with the lowest price and prompt service. Benny was such a nice young man and we had a conversation he was like a friend and very decent. Benny and Tim were professional and efficient. They were in and out in and neat with their work. I’d recommend using them to anyone who needs furniture taken away.

I was in need to have some junk bags and broken metal gazebo taken away the same day. When I called they were very polite and willing to help me get this competed today. Honestly I did not think this could be done today,but to my surprise this company did in fact send someone out to have the this removal done today. Within 3 hours I had Benny at my door ready to remove my stuff. Benny was very professional and removed all the junk very fast. I want to thank the team there and I will be using this service again in the near future. Great Job!

Low price junk removal are the best. I got an appointment rather quickly. Benny & Tim took apart our pool & deck. They were both very clean, professional and extremely nice. They came on time. I will definitely use this company again for future removals. I recommend them to anyone that needs stuff removed & wants affordable prices.
