1) Services
We provide junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, and light demolition services (collectively, “Services”). Services are provided on a scheduled basis and may be subject to availability, access, and safety conditions.
2) Estimates, Pricing, and Scope Changes
Estimates are not final until confirmed on-site (or otherwise confirmed by us in writing). Pricing may be based on volume, labor, weight, time, accessibility, and disposal requirements.
- If the amount/type of material differs from what was described, we may revise the price.
- Additional items not included in the original scope may result in additional charges.
- Any special handling (e.g., heavy items, stairs, difficult access, disassembly, or extra labor) may affect pricing.
- Disposal fees may vary depending on the type of debris and local facility charges.
You are responsible for confirming the final scope of work with our team before removal begins.
3) Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Delays
Appointments are scheduled within an arrival window. Traffic, weather, and prior jobs may cause delays. We’ll make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes.
4) Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations or last-minute reschedules may be subject to a cancellation fee or trip charge if our crew is already dispatched or time has been reserved. If a fee applies, we will disclose it when you cancel/reschedule.
5) Customer Responsibilities (Access, Preparation, and Safety)
You agree to:
- Provide safe, legal access to the items to be removed.
- Ensure pathways are clear and reasonably safe for our crew.
- Secure pets and children away from the work area.
- Identify and separate items you do not want removed.
- Obtain any required permissions (HOA, building management, permits, elevator reservations, parking permissions, etc.).
If we cannot safely access items or perform work due to conditions at the site, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a trip fee.
6) Prohibited or Restricted Items
We may refuse, at our discretion, any item that is unsafe, illegal, or restricted. Do not place or conceal hazardous materials in junk piles.
Examples of items that may be restricted or require special handling include:
- Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, fuels, oils, paints (especially oil-based), pesticides
- Asbestos-containing materials, lead paint debris, PCBs, medical waste, biohazards
- Pressurized containers, propane tanks, explosives/fireworks/ammunition
- Certain batteries, electronics, refrigerators/AC units (refrigerants), tires
- Any material requiring specialized abatement or regulated transport/disposal
If prohibited or restricted materials are discovered, we may stop work immediately. Additional charges may apply for special handling, and you may be responsible for proper disposal.
7) Damage, Property Conditions, and Limited Liability
We will use reasonable care while performing Services. However, you acknowledge that junk removal and demolition may involve inherent risks, especially in tight spaces, older structures, or when items are unstable.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or structural issues.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe conditions, inadequate access, concealed hazards, or items that are fragile/unstable.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Important: Please point out any areas of concern (tight hallways, delicate flooring, low ceilings, fragile railings, etc.) before work begins.
8) Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due at the time Services are completed.
- We may require a deposit for certain jobs.
- If payment is not made when due, we may charge late fees or collection costs as permitted by law.
9) Photos, Video, and Marketing (Optional)
With your permission, we may take before/after photos or video of the work area for documentation, training, or marketing. We will not intentionally include personally identifying information in marketing materials without consent. If you do not want photos taken, tell us before work begins.
10) Website Use and Content
All content on this Site (text, photos, branding, design) is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied or used without permission.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11) Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
